SwiftID App

The SwiftID App is a user-friendly mobile application designed to facilitate the identity verification process for users. With intuitive features and a streamlined interface, SwiftID App enables users to progress through the verification steps seamlessly and efficiently.

Main Tab

  • Progress Bar: Located at the top of the main tab, the progress bar indicates the user's progress through the verification steps. It starts at 0% and reaches 100% once the user has completed all the required steps and has been approved.
  • Profile Picture: The profile picture is displayed as a grey bubble initially. After the user completes the selfie step, the bubble is updated with the user's selfie picture. Once the user's submission is approved, the bubble lights up green.

Several fields are displayed on the main tab, including:

  • CPF Field: Users can touch on the CPF field to update their CPF in case they entered it incorrectly.
  • Name Field: Automatically updated once the user completes the PIX step for verification.
  • Address Field: Lights up after verification is completed.
  • Phone Field: Lights up after 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) verification is completed.
  • Status: Indicates whether the user's profile is incomplete or complete.

Usage Guide

  • Navigating the Main Tab: Access the main tab of the SwiftID App by tapping on the middle button with the profile picture.
  • Monitoring Progress: Keep track of your progress through the verification steps using the progress bar at the top of the main tab.
  • Updating Information: Touch on the CPF field to update your CPF if you entered it incorrectly.
  • Viewing Profile Details: Monitor the status of your profile by checking the various fields, including name, address, phone, and status.
  • Understanding Profile Status: Pay attention to the status indicator to determine whether your profile is complete or if there are additional steps required for verification.

Steps Tab

The Steps Tab in the SwiftID App provides users with a guided interface to complete the identity verification process efficiently. Through a series of intuitive buttons, users can navigate to each verification step and track their progress as they complete the required actions.

  • Verify CPF: Users can initiate the CPF verification process by sending a R$0.01 PIX transaction to verify their CPF. Upon completion, the button changes to "Completed."
  • Submit ID: This step allows users to upload their ID document and a selfie for verification. Once submitted, the button changes to "Under Review". Once the submission is approved it will change to "Completed."
  • Confirm Address: Users are prompted to upload proof of address documents to confirm their address. After submission, the button changes to "Completed."
  • SMS Verification: Users provide their phone number to receive a verification code via SMS. Upon successful verification, the button changes to "Completed."

Usage Guide

  • Accessing the Steps Tab: Navigate to the Steps Tab on the right side of the SwiftID App interface.
  • Navigating Verification Steps: Use the buttons provided to navigate to each verification step in the process.
  • Completing Verification Steps:
    • Verify CPF: Initiate the CPF verification process by sending a R$0.01 PIX transaction.
    • Submit ID: Upload your ID document and a selfie for verification.
    • Confirm Address: Upload proof of address documents to confirm your address.
    • SMS Verification: Provide your phone number to receive a verification code via SMS.
    • Tracking Progress: Monitor your progress through the verification steps by observing the status of each button. Once a step is completed, the button changes to "Completed."

Vendors Tab

The Vendors Tab in the SwiftID App provides users with a convenient interface to connect with trusted vendors and share their verification status seamlessly. With features such as QR code scanning and a search bar, users can easily locate and connect with vendors to streamline their identity verification process.

  • QR Code Scan: Users can utilize the QR code scanning feature to connect with vendors when using a PC or laptop for the verification process. This feature enables seamless connection without the need for manual input.
  • Search Bar: The search bar allows users to search for specific vendors by name, facilitating quick and easy access to desired vendors.

Usage Guide

  • Accessing the Vendors Tab: Navigate to the Vendors Tab on the left side of the SwiftID App interface.
  • QR Code Scan: If using a PC or laptop, users can scan the vendor's QR code using their mobile device's camera to connect instantly.
  • Search for Vendors: Use the search bar to find specific vendors by name.
  • Connecting with Vendors: With just one tap, users can connect with vendors and share their verification status and information seamlessly.
